Version: stainless steel. stainless steel Duo mat base, manual tilt, thermostatic, water inlet, double-walled lid, electric. The temperature is adjustable from 80°C to 300°C. Equipped with stainless steel adjustable feet, height adjustable from 860 to 940 mm. The infrared heating elements are mounted under the bottom. The temperature is adjustable using an adjustable thermostat. Manual tilt for emptying the pan. Large smooth surfaces for easy cleaning. The usable capacity of the frying pan is 50 liters. The stainless steel lid limits heat loss. IPX4 water protection. All internal corners of the pan are rounded and the surfaces are polished for better hygiene. The frying pan is equipped with a Duo mat bottom, a 10 mm thick alloy of 2 different types of stainless steel, for better thermal resistance and better corrosion resistance.
Please note, this concerns a 400V connection. The device is supplied without a plug and must be connected by a certified installer.
