Version: stainless steel. Polished chrome baking tray, smooth. Warm-keeping zone at the front. Adjustable temperature from 120°C to 280°C. The polished chrome surface prevents flavors from mixing when changing types of food. Baking tray made of 12 mm thick steel with polished chrome surface for optimal baking results and easy use. The infrared heating elements are mounted under the bottom. The baking tray has a large opening for draining fat and crumbs into the drip tray with a 1.5 liter capacity.
Please note, this concerns a 400V connection. The device is supplied without a plug and must be connected by a certified installer.
