Returns
Any returns must be returned within 7 days of the invoice date in the original packaging at your own expense.
Returns will only be processed after approval by Jos ten Berg BV. Please register your return (within 3 working days) first via our telephone number 030 – 2888 424 or send an email to sales@jostenberg.nl . Returned items that do not meet the above will not be processed.
The costs for returning an item to Jos ten Berg BV are borne by the customer, unless:
- You have received a damaged item.
- It is an incorrectly delivered item by Jos ten Berg BV.
NB!! : all returns must be sent prepaid. Unstamped or insufficiently stamped shipments will be charged. In the above cases, Jos ten Berg BV will include these costs in the credit note. When returning, always clearly state your name and address details or enclose a copy of the packing slip that you received upon delivery. This way we can process your return quickly.
