Request a quote
At www.jostenberg.nl you can easily request a quote for all table & kitchen items that you find on our website. Below you will find a brief description of the procedure:
Log in to our website with your username and password and simply search for your desired table & kitchen items in our webshop, then click on the 'order now' button on the right. The items are then automatically placed in the shopping cart. |
When you have finished selecting the desired items, click on the 'order' button in the shopping cart at the top right of the website. You are now in step 1 of the shopping cart. Here you have the option to remove items or change quantities using the plus and/or minus signs. By then clicking on the green 'request quote' button, the items will be converted into a quote.
The next window will provide a brief explanation of how you can find the quotation(s). These are placed under 'My profile' under 'My quotes'.
For the current quotation you still have the option to provide a reference with the quotation, which will then be placed on the quotation.
By then clicking on the 'Continue' button, the quotation is finalized. You will now end up in 'My quotes'. The quotation has now also been sent to you by e-mail.
In 'My quotes' you will see an overview of all requested quotes. Here you have the option to order, view, change and/or delete a quote using the buttons below.
| By clicking this button you will definitively order the quotation. You are now in step 3 of the shopping cart. Here you will see an overview of the entire order. You still have the option to add a comment to the order before you finally send it. By then clicking on 'Order' the quotation is definitively placed as an order. You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. |
| By clicking this button, a window will open in which the quotation is shown in PDF format. |
| By clicking this button you can adjust a current quotation. NB!!! All prices will then be recalculated. By clicking 'adjust' you will return to step 1 of the shopping cart. Here you can delete items, adjust them and even add new items to the current quotation. By clicking on the 'save change' button, the quotation has been adjusted and you will return to the overview of 'My quotations'. The amended quotation will also be sent to you by e-mail. |
| By clicking this button you can permanently delete the quotation from 'My quotations'. |
After 30 days, the quotations will automatically expire and will no longer be visible in 'My quotations'. You will receive a message of this by e-mail one week in advance.
