The shape of the Surface Sergio Herman model is based on the classic French cutlery design he worked with for 25 years at restaurant 'Oud Sluis', and which he also chose for restaurants 'Pure C' and 'The Jane'. Why change something that is virtually perfect? He is therefore very proud of the cutlery from the Surface Collection, because he is convinced that it offers an answer to the disadvantages of the well-known hospitality silver.

The stonewash finish gives the Surface by Sergio Herman model a contemporary look and makes it perfectly suited for everyday use. All the ingredients for 'dining in style' are already present! The alloy consists of 18/10 stainless steel with a thickness of 3.5 mm.

Available are a tablespoon, table fork, table knife, dessert spoon, dessert fork, dessert knife, coffee spoon , and the following items with wooden handles: steak knife , chef's knife, paring knife, and butter knife. This line also includes a wooden cutlery tray for tea and coffee spoons.
