Design: Stainless steel. The Profi Line series of table fryers is made of 18/0 stainless steel. Element with switch-off function when removed. Oil container with V-shaped base for an optimal cold zone, increases the life of the oil. The clear controls with indicator lights for the temperature are located on top of the devices.
Maxim thermostat with reset function prevents overheating. A frying basket with an extra long handle makes these models a pleasant appliance for intensive use. All fryers include frying basket(s) and lid(s).
