Design: Stainless steel. Baked goods made of traditional fireclay bricks with separately adjustable top/bottom heat. The deck oven also impresses with low temperature loss when steamed. The external steam generation and the fireclay brick ensure an almost constant temperature in the baking chamber.

Important note
- From a water pressure of 3.5 bar a pressure reducer is required. A water softener must always be installed for this. For separate use of the device the installation kit LBO70 is required (for combined device construction the appropriate installation kit must be selected)
