The blade is made of stainless steel, 1.25mm thick, AISI 304, KSI 320 ground. The blade is double-angled, resulting in a blade thickness of 40mm. The top is glued with plywood and filled with plywood strips that have been treated with an anti-fungal coating.

The top is mounted on an open frame of stainless steel tube profiles 40x40x1.25mm, AISI 304, KSI 320 ground. The frame is fitted with height-adjustable plastic feet that compensate for differences of approx. 30mm.
A stainless steel grille is mounted in the frame.
