EASY OPERATION VIA TOUCH SCREEN
The EVO TOUCH is equipped with an easy-to-use touchscreen. The display shows you the current cooling temperature, the energy status or when and which drawer is open at a glance. You can also use it to operate the LED lighting and the optional central locking of the drawers.
ENERGY MANAGEMENT
The EVO TOUCH recognizes whether the bread cart is connected to the mains or is using the battery. This ensures a lower load on the battery.
STATE OF THE ART MOBILITY E-DRIVE WITH "TOUCH-RIDE"
The EVO TOUCH is equipped with an E-sense drive support. The sensors in the grips feel the pushing force of the user and translate this into a natural driving support. The E-Drive wheel can optionally be equipped with a Lift and/or turning system.
SAFETY FIRST!
The EVO TOUCH features soft-close drawers with recessed handles and a central SMART-KEY lock system (optional). If the drawers are opened during transport, this is automatically detected. A warning message appears on the display in combination with an acoustic signal. In addition, the speed is reduced. This prevents damage to the vehicle and furniture.
The EVO TOUCH is CE-approved and equipped with an emergency stop as standard.
GENERAL EXECUTION
The frame and cooling are made of high-quality stainless steel, ground to grain 320. The trolley has rounded corners.
On 4 sides solid core 6 mm. standard white. The top is made of solid core 8 mm. in the color pastel gray.
A stainless steel roof rack, round 10 mm, is mounted on the back of the top, against which crockery, bread baskets, etc. can be placed.
On the right short side of the top there is a slot opening for waste. The waste bag holder is placed behind a door.
LAYOUT OF THE SUBSTRUCTURE
Right (= waste bin side)
An insulated cooling compartment consisting of 3 drawer frames with
soft-close drawer runners, suitable for 1/1 GN inserts. The bottom drawer has sufficient height to place beverage packaging upright. The drawer fronts are equipped with sealing profiles. The cooling compartment is active and forced cooled by fans. Temperature range, + 1 to + 7 gr. C.
Middle (= waste bin side)
An insulated cooling compartment consisting of 3 drawer frames with soft-close drawer runners, suitable for 1/1 GN inserts. The bottom drawer has sufficient height to place beverage packaging upright. The drawer fronts are equipped with sealing profiles. The cooling compartment is active and forced cooled by fans. Temperature range, + 1 to + 7 gr. C.
Left (= side integrated plug and control)
Three drawer frames, soft close for 1/1 GN inserts. (optionally the top drawer can be changed from a neutral drawer to a tray compartment)
DISPLAY CASE
The display case on the top is constructed from 6 mm glass beaded stainless steel with recesses for hanging gastronorm insert pans for mono packaging.
The carriage has a bumper all around.
