Design: Filled with pure alcohol suitable for use in the food industry. The alcohol bottle with a pierceable cap is a useful tool for measuring temperatures in refrigerators, freezers, and warming cabinets. The Commodities Act specifies temperature requirements based on product temperature. Measuring the temperature inside products has the disadvantage of risking contamination. Instead of measuring inside a product, you can measure the temperature inside the alcohol. The alcohol temperature is representative of the freezer temperature and can easily be measured with the included food thermometer.
Choose a location in the room where the temperature is most unfavorable. For example, in the cold room next to the door (this is also the way to comply with legal requirements). Place the bottle on the shelf at eye level. Make sure there's enough space above the bottle to insert the thermometer's probe into the bottle.
