Formulation: A liquid, concentrated alkaline cleaning agent based on, among other things, potassium hydroxide and surfactants. It is highly suitable for daily cleaning in hospitality establishments, shops, and commercial kitchens. It quickly dissolves heavy grease deposits, adds shine, and leaves a streak-free surface. It is odorless and tasteless, making it especially suitable for HACCP, for example in fish shops, commercial kitchens, butcher shops, and hospitality establishments.
Application
Extremely suitable for cleaning areas, particularly those with significant soiling caused by food processing. Greasy stovetops and ovens are also cleaned effectively. No dosing is required and it is ready for use.
