The thick insulating polyurethane foam and the airtight rubber seal guarantee hours of temperature and food quality retention. The durable door latches are easy to open and close for maximum temperature retention. The doors open to 270 ºC, so that they do not get in the way when loading and unloading. Molded handles make steering easier and the molded bumper keeps damage to walls and furniture to a minimum. When using stainless steel gastronorm pans, they must cool down to 120 ºC before they can be placed on the runners. The trolleys are mobile by means of 2 fixed and 2 swivel castors, 1 of which has a brake.
