Present your dishes with GRADES° stoneware at restaurant level.

Together with master chef Joris Bijdendijk, we are making a long-cherished dream come true and are launching his own tableware line, GRADES°, together with Bijdendijk. Plates, sauce jugs, coffee and tea cups in natural gray. The style radiates what Bijdendijk stands for: modern simplicity, quality and uniqueness. Bijdendijk has its own style and specific wishes, such as a coffee cup without saucer and handle. A set of dishes the way he cooks: pure and unadorned.

The entire line is specially made to order, as Bijdendijk also uses in its own restaurants. The line consists of 17 beautiful different items of stoneware plates, bowls, bowls and mugs.

In addition to the GRADES° tableware, there is now also theGRADES° cutlery . The cutlery has a stonewash/vintage finish that provides a robust and matte weathered look.

Top quality stoneware from GRADES°

Stoneware is oven and microwave safe up to a temperature of 200℃. It can be easily cleaned in the dishwasher after use. Stoneware from GRADES° is made of robust material. Stoneware is a type of pottery made from clay with a fine grain, fired at 1000 to 1100 °C. By firing this material at a high temperature, it is stronger than average earthenware and therefore very suitable for daily professional use. In addition, stoneware can be used in the oven, microwave and dishwasher. This material is color and odor resistant.

In addition to the Grades stoneware, we also carry the Kaito Stoneware which has the same characteristics. Our Kaito Stoneware is available in 3 different colors:
