The modern housing features a number of excellent functions. The last set temperature is stored in memory. Plug it into the socket, fill the water reservoir, and the soup kettle keeps the soup at the perfect serving temperature.

• Housing made of heat-resistant polypropylene.
• Removable 8-liter soup reservoir is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, easy to clean.
• Heating element made of AISI 304 stainless steel and placed in the water reservoir for efficient heat transfer.
• Tempered glass lid with insulated handle, spoon recess, and aluminium hinge.
• The design of the two-part lid reduces heat loss when opening, while maintaining optimal hygienic conditions.
• Integrated card holder on the lid for name cards.
• Digital control panel with a display showing the operating time, set temperature, and actual temperature.
• The last temperature setting is stored in memory and is selected each time the power is switched on.
• The temperature can be set from 35 to 85 °C in 1 °C increments.
• The water reservoir is equipped with a max. fill line, which indicates ±1.5L.
