Version: highly polished stainless steel. The soup kettle works on the basis of a bain marie. The soup kettle is equipped with a sandwich base which ensures optimal heat distribution on all heat sources (including induction). It is therefore possible to heat the soup kettle containing the soup on a heat source, after which the soup kettle is placed on the holder (window), which is equipped with an induction hob incl. controller. The lid, which has a soft-closing function, is easily removable. Both the lid and the soup kettle have a heat-resistant handle. The condensation water is automatically returned to the water pan. On the side of the soup kettle there is the option to place the soup spoon (not included) in a hanging tray (included). The soup kettle is supplied with a soup pot, capacity 10 liters.
