Construction: The Camshelving Premium Series is designed to withstand the toughest storage environments the foodservice industry has to offer. Ideal for freezers, coolers, walk-ins and dry storage, the Camshelving Premium Series is designed to protect shelves with molded-in antimicrobial Camguard. Unlike traditional wire shelving, Camshelving can divide a single upright in a straight line without losing weight. Designed for high volume foodservice environments, the Premium Series can support up to 800kg per unit and 200kg per shelf, with easy to remove crossbars and shelf plates for height adjustment and full cleaning. The unit includes 4 ventilated shelves to maximize airflow around perishables.
