During the production cycle of our mills, any wooden parts with visible imperfections are discarded. To enhance these parts, whose intrinsic qualities remain intact, an original texture is applied by spraying ground walnut shells onto the mill. The Paris Nature mill housing, made entirely of PEFC™-certified wood, is then protected with an ecological, plant-based varnish composed of linseed oil and carnauba wax to preserve the wood's natural character and ensure maximum longevity.
