Equipped with the patented u'Select system, you can precisely adjust the salt grind in this 18cm manual mill. From the finest grind (position 1) to the coarsest grind (position 6), you always get the most suitable salt grain size for your preparations. The finest grind, truly fine salt, is achieved through tooth-to-tooth contact in the Zirlion mechanism, a feat of Peugeot research that allows you to enjoy all the pleasures of salt with a limited amount.

The Paris Nature mill is unique. It is entirely designed to use resources more efficiently and protect the environment. During the production cycle of our mills, any wooden parts with visible imperfections are discarded. To enhance these parts, whose intrinsic qualities remain intact, an original texture is applied by spraying ground walnut shells onto the mill. This gives this manual mill a unique and natural touch and appearance. The Paris Nature mill housing, made entirely of PEFC™-certified wood, is then protected with an ecological, plant-based varnish composed of linseed oil and carnauba wax to preserve the wood's natural character and ensure maximum longevity.
