Made of zirconium, one of the hardest and most robust materials, this Zirlion mechanism produces fine salt with an extremely fine grind. This provides a refined salty taste while minimizing its harmful effects. Its base conceals an ingenious adjustable grinding system, the u'Select system, which allows you to customize the grind to your liking. To do this, simply turn the u'Select ring to position 1 for a fine grind and to position 6 for a coarser grind. This compact, manual salt mill will meet all your taste expectations.

The Paris Nature mill is unique. It is entirely designed to use resources more efficiently and protect the environment. During the production cycle of our mills, any wooden parts with visible imperfections are discarded. To enhance these parts, whose intrinsic qualities remain intact, an original texture is applied by spraying ground walnut shells onto the mill. This gives this manual mill a unique and natural touch and appearance. The Paris Nature mill housing, made entirely of PEFC™-certified wood, is then protected with an ecological, plant-based varnish composed of linseed oil and carnauba wax to preserve the wood's natural character and ensure maximum longevity.
