Version: stainless steel. adjustable top, open on 3 sides, electrically heated, left and right separately adjustable, grid 600x350 mm. Two independent high-efficiency heating elements, for heating half a surface or the entire surface. Fast heating, to full power in approximately 20 seconds. The salamander is automatically switched on by means of a bracket that switches the heating on when a plate or bowl is placed and switches it off again when the plate is removed. Control panel with rotary knob and a digital display for setting the preparation time. The timer can be set from 0 to 99 minutes with an automatic switch-off at the end of the set time. The cooking time can be saved for easy repetition of similar cooking times. Touch keys for START and STOP. Ventilation openings along the top to remove heat and smoke. Removable stainless steel drip tray. Height-sliding top part.
Please note, this concerns a 400V connection. The device is supplied without a plug and must be connected by a certified installer.
