Construction: cast aluminium, colour black. On average 1/3 to 1/4 of the weight of a traditional cast iron pan. AluChef is a cast aluminium pan with an internal coating of highly durable PFOA-free non-stick. The external coating is a heat-resistant silicon-embedded enamel coating.

- Oven and dishwasher safe.
- 1/3 to 1/4 lighter than a traditional cast iron pan.
- PFOA-free non-stick coating.
Not suitable for the dishwasher. Clean with a mild detergent. Do not stack and do not overheat (maximum approx. 260°C).
