For added convenience, this pepper mill features the ingenious Peugeot u'Select grind adjustment system, allowing you to adjust the grind to your liking with a single movement. Select position 1 for very finely ground pepper and position 6 for a much coarser grind.

The Paris Nature mill is unique. It is entirely designed to use resources more efficiently and protect the environment. During the production cycle of our mills, any wooden parts with visible imperfections are discarded. To enhance these parts, whose intrinsic qualities remain intact, an original texture is applied by spraying ground walnut shells onto the mill. This gives this manual mill a unique and natural touch and appearance. The Paris Nature mill housing, made entirely of PEFC™-certified wood, is then protected with an ecological, plant-based varnish composed of linseed oil and carnauba wax to preserve the wood's natural character and ensure maximum longevity.
