Its u'Select grind adjustment system also allows you to easily select the grind size that best suits your taste or dish. Set the ring in the base of the mill to 1 for an extremely fine grind and 6 for a much coarser grind.

The Paris Nature mill is unique. It is entirely designed to use resources more efficiently and protect the environment. During the production cycle of our mills, any wooden parts with visible imperfections are discarded. To enhance these parts, whose intrinsic qualities remain intact, an original texture is applied by spraying ground walnut shells onto the mill. This gives this manual mill a unique and natural touch and appearance. The Paris Nature mill housing, made entirely of PEFC™-certified wood, is then protected with an ecological, plant-based varnish composed of linseed oil and carnauba wax to preserve the wood's natural character and ensure maximum longevity.
