Execution: To extend the lifespan and quality of your Leventi oven, it is important to use the correct cleaning and descaling products. Leventi me/you steamers are equipped with a unique automatic Bluecycle cleaning system. The Bluecycle program is displayed on the touchscreen of the display. You can determine the intensity of the program yourself, depending on how intensively and how much fat is used in the oven. We recommend descaling the oven using a cleaning program once every two weeks. Please refer to the user instructions for proper descaling of the oven. It is important that a dose of descaling solution is never used at the same time as a cleaning tablet!
