Execution: To extend the lifespan and quality of your Leventi oven, it is important to use the correct cleaning and descaling products. Leventi me/you steamers are equipped with a unique automatic Bluecycle cleaning system. The Bluecycle program is displayed on the touchscreen of the display. You can determine the intensity of the program yourself, depending on how intensively and how much fat is used in the oven. A less intensive cleaning program is required when baking baguettes than when preparing chicken in the oven. We recommend cleaning the oven 1 to 2 times a week. Please refer to the user instructions for proper cleaning of the oven. It is important that a cleaning tablet is never used at the same time as a dose of descaling solution!
