Version: stainless steel. Equipped with 6mm. thick glass ceramic hob with 2 independently controllable induction zones, each with a power of 5 kW. Connection: 400V / 10kW. Indicator lamp on the control panel for each zone. The induction plates are equipped with overheating protection. Power of the individual zones can be adjusted progressively, with finer control at low level and coarser control at higher level. Low heat output to the kitchen. The smooth glass-ceramic plate is not heated directly, so that the cooking surface cannot burn. Holder for 6x 1/9 GN insert pans. The holder can be filled with ice under the GN containers to cool the ingredients. The ice bin is equipped with a drain with overflow pipe for draining melt water.
Please note, this concerns a 400V connection. The device is supplied without a plug and must be connected by a certified installer.
