These Gastronorm 1/1 cutting boards with a juice groove in blue are perfect for cutting fish. The HACCP colors ensure hygienic working methods to prevent cross-contamination. The Pro-Cooking cutting boards are affordable yet made of the highest quality HM-HDPE. Due to the high molecular weight of these cutting boards, the letters HM are added to the quality designation.
