Version: stainless steel. removable stainless steel grill rack with folding elements, water bath, top model, electric. The heating elements can be folded 90° for easy cleaning. Easily removable U-shaped grill rack made of 2 mm thick stainless steel, for quickly heating the grill surface. The incoloy heating elements are placed under the grill rack. Water tank with drain to collect the remaining cooking liquid and fat. Spacious water drainage with overflow pipe and filter. LED signaling to indicate that the water bath is empty. The water reservoir must be filled before the grill is put into operation. Water filling tap with rotary knob. Removable stainless steel reflection plates that shorten grilling time. Stainless steel splash guards on the sides of the grill grate; the splash guards are easily removable for cleaning.
Please note, this concerns a 400V connection. The device is supplied without a plug and must be connected by a certified installer.
