Version: stainless steel with large cast iron pan supports. Equipped with 4 open burners of 4 x 5.5 kW. The device is for use with natural gas or LPG, conversion injectors are supplied as standard. The burners are equipped with a flame regulator. Flame protection on each burner protects against gas leakage if the flame goes out unintentionally. Shielded pilot light. Connection: 22 kW gas / 400V / 6kW. In the substructure a static electric oven with stainless steel oven chamber and 3 pairs of guides for 2/1GN plates and a ribbed enameled steel base plate. The oven thermostat is adjustable between 140°C and 300°C. Double-walled and insulated oven door with seamless pressed inner panel.
Please note, this concerns a GAS connection. Device must be connected by an installer. Also a 400V connection. The device is supplied without a plug and must be connected by a certified installer.
