Design: in accordance with HACCP, BRC, IFS, ISO22000 and is supplied with an ISO calibration certificate. Handy thermometer (digitally readable) with fixed insertion probe ( without cable). Ideal for use in hospitality, catering and commercial kitchens.
The thermometer has a compact size, is robust and waterproof. The temperature sensor is incorporated in the sensor tip. Through the feeler tip about 3 cm. by inserting it into the product to be measured, the temperature can be accurately measured. During the measurement, wait until the temperature has stabilized. The measured values can be easily displayed on the display after the measurement has been completed. Please note that it is not possible to measure surfaces with a point probe!
Once the measurement has been successfully completed, it is necessary to clean the measuring instrument with a damp cloth. The sensor can be cleaned with soap and water. Don't forget to also clean the place where the feeler connects to the handle. To prevent cross-contamination, it is advisable to use probe cleaning wipes.
It is essential that the Ebro TTX110 thermometer continues to measure accurately. To guarantee accuracy, it is recommended to have the thermometer calibrated once a year. If they use the calibration service, customers will receive a call about 2 weeks before the expiry of the certificate date to present the measuring instrument for inspection.
