Formula: A liquid, powerful, slightly alkaline, non-foaming shine and desiccant. It is highly suitable as a drying agent in commercial dishwashers for restaurants, shops, and commercial kitchens. It adds shine and leaves dishes streak-free. It is ideal for use in commercial dishwashing systems where high demands are placed on dry, residue-free dishes. It can be used effectively on kitchen utensils, knives, tableware, pans, and even in bottle washers. The pH is 8.
