Design: The Coldmaster gastronorm containers are suitable for keeping refrigerated food cold, safe and fresh. With a minimum of 8 hours of freezing and filling of pre-chilled food, the temperature will not rise above 4° C for 6 to 8 hours. The coldmaster inserts are filled with a non-toxic cooling gel and the outside is made of a durable impact-resistant plastic. The Coldmaster inserts meet HACCP standards and are dishwasher safe.
