Design: stainless steel white coated and aluminium. The HENDI UNIQ Chafing dish is designed by the famous Dutch designer Robert Bronwasser and available in 4 stylish colours. The modern housing has a number of excellent functions. The last set temperature is stored in the memory. Plug in, fill the water reservoir and the chafing dish keeps stews, meat, cooked vegetables, pasta, sauces and other dishes at the perfect serving temperature.

• Housing made of heat-resistant polypropylene.
• Removable GN1/1 container (H)100 mm made of AISI 304 stainless steel, easy to clean.
• Heating element made of AISI 304 stainless steel and placed in the water tank for efficient heat transfer.
• Tempered glass lid with insulated handle, spoon recess and aluminum hinge.
• The two-piece lid design reduces heat loss when opening, while maintaining optimal hygienic conditions.
• Integrated card holder on the lid for name cards.
• Digital control panel with display showing working time, set temperature and actual temperature.
• The last temperature setting is stored in memory and is selected each time the power is turned on.
• The temperature can be set from 35 to 85˚C in 1˚C steps.
• The water reservoir is equipped with a max. filling line, which indicates ±4 l.
• Not intended for cooking, only for keeping warm.
