Bread knives, two versions
GoldGlocke Bread Knives – pre-forged and forged during production. There are two types of bread knives in the GoldGlocke series. The bread knife with a blade forged during production and the bread knife that is produced from pre-forged sheet steel. Both models stand out due to their excellent price/quality ratio and are made of the alloy X50CrMoV15. X stands for stainless, 50 for 0.50% carbon and 15 for 15% chromium, vanadium and molybdenum.
