Version: stainless steel. Bain-marie can be used to keep prepared food at serving temperature using hot water. Incoloy protected heating elements placed under the bottom of the container. The water basin is welded seamlessly into the top of the device. Filling level marking on the side wall of the container. Device with manual filling of the container. The water temperature is thermostatically controlled, with a maximum temperature of 90 °C. The basin can be emptied through a drain tap on the front. All major components are located on the front for easy service.
