Supply and discharge tables
Stainless steel inlet and outlet tables for catering dishwashers are indispensable for an ergonomic and efficient layout of your professional dishwashing kitchen.
Jos ten Berg supplies custom supply and discharge tables for Meiko, Winterhalter, Ata and Hobart and Rhima dishwashing machines, among others.
The top of the infeed and outfeed table is always made to fit your brand of pass-through or basket transport dishwashing machine to guarantee an exact and leak-free connection. The length of an inlet and outlet tray is based on the number of dishwashing baskets you wish to install so that your dishes can be efficiently pre-sorted (or sorted) into the correct dishwashing basket.
The length of the tables can also be adjusted to the available space in the dishwashing kitchen. You can also choose on which side the infeed and outfeed table connects to your pass-through or basket transport machine.
Customized basket sorting tables
Thanks to our extensive custom solutions for clearing stations, such as corner units, roller conveyors, a niche for a waste bin in combination with waste scrapers, a tray rail and etagères, as well as debrassing stations where (the visitors themselves) sort the dishes in the baskets are possible.
Execution of our custom tables
The blades are made of stainless steel, 1.25 mm thick, ground AISI 304, KSI 320 and are double-angled to create a blade thickness of 40 mm. The tops are also glued with plywood and filled with plywood strips that have been treated with a mold-resistant coating.
The wall side (rear) is provided with a block profile of 40mm high and 20mm thick, a threshold with basket guide profile and a connection profile to the dishwashing machine.
The supply tray is equipped with a welded sink, dimensions 500x400x250mm with 1.5" drain plug and a perforated standpipe. In the middle behind the sink there is a tap hole for a swivel tap with pre-rinsing shower ("overhead spray").
A top is mounted on an open frame of stainless steel tube profiles 40x40x1.25mm, ground AISI 304, KSI 320. The frame is equipped with height-adjustable plastic feet that accommodate differences of approximately 30mm. Removable stainless steel grilles mounted in the frame.
Buy supply and removal tables
An optional stainless steel recessed insert is available for placing a water softener in the frame of the table. This means your water softener is not on the floor.
